Cedar Point Tire, Inc. is looking for a dependable shop manager to lead our team and help maintain a well-organized, customer-focused environment. This role is central to daily operations, ensuring both our customers and staff experience a professional, efficient shop.

The shop manager is responsible for building and supporting a strong team through hiring, training, and day-to-day leadership. This position sets the tone for the workplace by fostering a positive culture while helping employees grow in their skills and performance. The role also includes overseeing shop efficiency, monitoring sales and performance, and ensuring company standards are consistently followed. Cedar Point Tire, Inc. is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys solving complex vehicle issues. This role plays a key part in helping customers keep their vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for the road. The right candidate is confident in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of concerns, including mechanical, drivability, and electrical systems.

As an Automotive Technician at Cedar Point Tire, Inc., you will complete repairs and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards. Daily work may include brake and hydraulic service, exhaust systems, fuel and ignition components, electrical diagnostics, suspension and alignment, air conditioning, and onboard computer systems. Precision and attention to detail are essential to ensure every repair meets the level of quality our customers expect.

This role also involves clear communication with team members and, at times, with customers. Being able to explain findings and recommendations in a straightforward way helps build trust and ensures customers understand the value of the work being performed.
